How subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled.
The core receipt maker is free and requires no payment. Nothing to cancel and no charges apply.
Paid plans (weekly, monthly, or yearly) are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you need help cancelling or managing your subscription, email support@get-receipt.com.
If you were charged in error, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer-protection law, contact support@get-receipt.com with your account email and details. We review refund requests individually and process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method.
