1. What Get Receipt is

Get Receipt ("the service", "we", "us") is a tool at get-receipt.com that lets you create, customize, and download receipts as PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Manual receipt creation and watermark-free exports are free. Paid plans add AI drafting for transaction details you provide.

2. Acceptable use

Get Receipt is for creating legitimate receipts tied to real transactions you are authorized to document — as a seller, freelancer, service provider, or business. You are responsible for the accuracy of every receipt you create and for the legality of its use.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Create fabricated, forged, or fraudulent purchase documents, or receipts for transactions that did not occur.
• Impersonate a business or seller you are not authorized to represent, or misuse another party's branding, logos, or tax identifiers.
• Support financial abuse, payment disputes made in bad faith, tax evasion, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access for any use that breaches these terms.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the recurring interval shown at checkout (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the receipt data and content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process and store it only to operate the service (for example, to render your receipt or save your receipt history). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any business name, logo, or other content you include.

When you request an AI draft, the prompt and transaction details you provide are sent to our AI subprocessor so it can prepare the draft. Review every result before using or exporting it. AI does not verify that a payment occurred and does not replace your source records.

6. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Get Receipt is a document-creation tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you use the receipts you create.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
