This is a generic industry format — the printing convention, not any company’s trade dress. You supply your own business identity; Get Receipt supplies the grid it prints on.

Alignment

Tax convention
Destination-based in most states, computed on the ship-to address rather than the seller's location. Shipping folds into the taxable subtotal where it is taxable.

None; a tracking link takes its place.

A5 order receipt: bill-to block, shipping as its own charge line, order QR above the footer. Every total is recomputed by the engine from the line items, so the printed lines always sum to the printed total — the one thing generated receipts most often get wrong.
