Carbon-copy receipt book template
The paper money receipt: a preprinted sequential number, a written amount, and a signature.
This is a generic industry format — the printing convention, not any company’s trade dress. You supply your own business identity; Get Receipt supplies the grid it prints on.

Get Receipt renders this as 2-part carbonless money receipt
The 2 3/4 x 7 in duplicate-book page: sequential number, received-from line, the amount written out ending in DOLLARS, a purpose line, and the signature of the person receiving payment. Every total is recomputed by the engine from the line items, so the printed lines always sum to the printed total — the one thing generated receipts most often get wrong.
